My priorities have always been my kiddos and my career. Now my kiddos are getting older and career is established. Time to focus some energy to dating (oh sounds like so much fun--insert sarcasm here). I really hate first dates. Awkward silence? Am I talking too much, too little? Is he a crazy psycho killer just trying to sound normal? Is it rude to ask how old your picture is cause you don't look anything like it? But without a first, there can't be a second. Please don't waste my time. Let me save you some time: I am not drug-friendly, not smoking friendly, a responsible and law-abiding productive citizen. I am looking for a man who wants to be family man, looking for long term commitment, and not scared off by life's responsibilities.
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
Coffee or a drink. Quick and casual for a first meeting. Then if we hit it off and enjoy each others company we can follow that with lunch or dinner and more great conversation.
