Hobbies: Currently (july 2013) Mtn biking all along the west coast. Want to say that I'm reading a ton of books, tho it's been more like Calvin & Hobbes and Far Side comic strips. Do on-line news articles, blogs and magazines count? Amassing an impressive collection of high tech gear. Going back to personality, make that a yuppy-adventurer type. Haven't had enuff bike rides to overtake the yuppy part.
Goals: Traveling & touring national parks (trails) on my bicycle--Sedona, AZ winter '13. Driving to San Fran, Eugene & Portland, Washington (Seattle-Puget Sound) for rafting, biking and gorging on as much oysters and Oregon's grass fed steak tartar as my budget allows before heading back to LA.
2014 update: Sedona sucked! ATV vehicles crawling and sputtering all over the place. I took in more combustion exhaust than in L.A....anyway summer 2014, found a website Yellowstone Under Canvas, to be continued...
July2014: Yellowstone didn't pan out, South Tahoe instead.loved it. Flying next time.
My interests: Reading--Rolling Stone, The Atlantic, Men's Journal, the Onion. TV--Madmen, Walking Dead (tho I'm not into horror flicks), Homeland, Game of Thrones, Entourage. Movies--Yeah, I love 'em! Music--Blur, Weezer, Pixies, Caesars, Mazzy Star, PM Dawn, blues, progressive dance and electronic breaks...
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
I dunno...Coffee/Tea during the day (weekend)?
An evening dinner date or supper party (by invitation only--meaning nothing too crowded).
I'm sure her input would make for a more solid response...
