Figured it's high time l updated this thing: l moved back to Dayton after 10+ years in Phoenix. I switched companies around the same time l was completing my school's networking certification (which is essentially a poor man's way of saying the real certification is too expensive & obnoxiously difficult to justify at the moment). Luckily for me my new position offers room for growth which l am taking advantage of until l can find a reason to transfer to a larger city.
I want to meet someone in a casual setting and see what kind of spark we have. It would also be nice if l met who didn't feel the need to blame me for every guy that's done them wrong in the past. It's kinda hard to get on the right footing when I'm constantly apologizing for stuff l didn't even do.
I love writing lyrics. I'll never stop trying to achieve success with it. I tend to be very emotional in the sense that I tend to read people off their emotions and I"m usually pretty good at it. I can write very complex and or pensive lytics like Eminem or Joe Budden. Or l can write something heartfelt that could be on country radio.
I still love all kinds of music: hop hop, broadway, country, rock, techno. Mainly hip hop, country and broadway. If you know is in Slaughterhouse, can name your favorite Patsy Cline song or have a favorite showtune (Hamilton anyone?) and we'll get along just fine; assuming said showtune is not from Grease, Cats or Rocky Horror.
When it comes to movies, I love all the Marvel films, I really like anime/cartoon films. Other than that I love romance/romantic comedies. The Notebook, Shakespeare in Love, Tristan & Isolde, The End of the Affair, The Runaway Bride...I have a thing for two people falling in love despite their many faults.
I love computers. I've rebuilt my own at least 5 times
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
Depends on the situation but hanging out and watching a movie is a good start. I usually try to find out what piques your interests. What makes you tick? What are you passionate about?
