I am currently employed full time at a travel agency in DC, so I don't have a lot of free time during the week between that and my commute. I enjoy the work but I am looking for some place that will pay more. Just putting in time and gaining experience in the industry. I may go back to school to earn my bachelors degree but not until I'm 100% sure of my track.
I love music, ambient / house/ breaks / drum & bass / jam / rock / reggae / hip hop / metal et cetera. I am open minded about music but there is some stuff I simply will not willingly subject my ears to unless you're very special to me. I play multiple instruments, mostly bass guitar and hand drums, but also guitar and piano/keyboard. I am also a DJ, although I don't play out much nowadays, maybe once or twice a year. I love camping, hiking, skiing, kayaking, dancing, chasing sunsets... and pretty much anything outdoors. I'll try almost anything once, so if there's something you like to do that I haven't done before let me know, and we can make a day of it. I am very laid back and honest, and I am very loyal to my lady.
I am looking for a kind lady who is adventurous and open-minded and loves music, someone who will be supportive of me in my endeavors. No cheaters, be upfront with me, no beating around the bush. Mostly I am looking for someone who is willing and able to reciprocate the love I have to give, who encourages me to better myself, and also accepts me for who I already am.
Finally, I'm not an alcoholic or anything but I quit drinking completely in September 2015 all on my own because: alcohol is pure liquid evil. It's cool if you drink sometimes but just be aware that sitting around a bar or someone's house or anywhere where the main activity other than socializing is drinking is not interesting to me. Been there. Done that. Drunk people are stupid and I am very happy to be a non-drunk person 100% of the time now.
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
It should probably be something memorable right? I don't know, I'm used to meeting people in person and then doing the internet thing later. Whatever you're down for pretty much.
