I am interested in meeting someone who enjoys traveling ( owns a passport ), a foodie at heart, enjoys simple things like a walk on the beach, a street fair, live music on the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, & want to share fun life experiences together. I prefer to shop at Trader Joe vs Safeway. I love their products and I think their customer service is way more friendly. I'm also at a stage in my life where I am not interested in going to bars or clubs.
Places I've traveled to: France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, England, Spain, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Southern Caribbean, Easten Caribbean, Western Caribbean, & I might have missed a few places but you get the idea.
I have a small rescue dog named Cookie and she's the cutest little thing. She's a little spoiled and does want me all to herself but I'm sure she's willing to share if you are sincere, romantic, honest, & kind. Unfortunately, I am allergic to cats so I won't be able to date anyone that has a cat.
One of the most attractive things I find in a man is one who can make delicious homemade dishes or bake some delicious treat since I do love food. I'm not the best cook but I can hold my own in the kitchen and I can make some yummy food for you as well.
I also love pretty eyes and tall men. Just something about the 2 combo. However, I am open to just a sweet guy who is romantic and have good manners. A little old fashion of me I know. I am seeking a person of quality w/ positive attitude, personality, & beliefs. I am a romantic at heart and a one man woman.
[UPDATE] Due to emails from pervs/weirdos from here recently.
Please only contact me if you're genuinely interested in getting to know me and send a quality introduction. I'll be happy to reply but please do not send me short emails just saying " hello or how are you or how's your day going etc ". In other words, please take the time to write a personalized email instead of a generic email. I'm not interested in any casual hook ups so please don't invite me over to your place or I'll just block you. It's unbelievable the amount of guys looking for sexual hook ups as an opening email.
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
Well, this is a tuffy. I do like romantic dates and I know it's hard to plan that with someone you're meeting for the 1st time. However, being creative will be very impressive in my book.
I will say, I'm not too fond of coffee dates. I'm looking for a more personal meeting & not the typical meet/greet speed dating.
Perhaps playing tourist can be fun. Go for a cablecar ride to the Wharf, watch the sea lions, play some pinballs, grab a treat ( maybe a candied apple ) from Rocky Mountain or a clam chowder bowl at Boudin's, & just kind of people watch.
Recently went to the SF Green Festival and Green Building EXPO. I had such a great time w/ my friends. It was great to get more info about living in a Green Friendly Environment.
