About Me
I'm just looking to find a nice, genuine guy who is ready to be an adult. I don't play games and I tell it like it is. I'm a down-to-earth, fun-loving woman who isn't afraid of taking chances.

I'm a complete nerd. I just received a stack of math and english instructor books circa 1890s that belonged to my great great grandfather who used to teach with them. I couldn't believe it when my grandmother showed them to me and then GAVE them to me. I'm in heaven!!! I love all things vintage; I collect old keys and sometimes I make jewelry out of old typewriter buttons and such. Antiquing is way too much fun for me. Hehe....

I love to play video games, but not the new stuff. I continue to play Super Mario Bros (with a bit of Mario Kart thrown in) and Mortal Kombat. My roommate and I have wars when we play. It's quite hilarious to watch us play.

Some things I like to do on my free time are play pool, darts, hike, swim, and read. I do like to stay busy and I tend to work a lot, but my life is flexible enough to allow for things that I enjoy doing. I travel down to San Diego a lot to visit friends and it always seems like a mini vacation. I love love love to travel but I don't get the chance all too often. There are still so many places to explore!

Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
I'm not traditional in the sense that I don't like dinner and a movie for a first date. You are shoveling food in your mouth which makes it harder to talk, and then you sit in silence in a theater, wondering what the person next to you is thinking. That makes for an awkward first date, don't you think? I prefer physical activities that way there are no "awkward silent moments." Mini golf, hiking, people-watching (which is where the sense of humor kicks in), going to Disneyland, etc. You get to know someone mentally and physically. I'm all about the whole package, not about what you can tell me over a plate of hot lasagna with a breadstick hanging out of your mouth. ;-)
