About Mark
My name is Mark, I am a very laid back type of guy who is more of a "on a whim" and less of a planner. I'm not a huge person to watch televised sports, unless it is a huge game or UFC somewhere. I'm also an all around geek; love playing video games with friends, keeping up on comics, some anime, conventions, and even dungeons & dragons (it's more fun than you think). Some of the other things I enjoy doing are walking or driving around aimlessly (often with a podcast or music), occasionally going to the shooting range, playing with my family's dog, relaxing to some YouTube/Netflix, weightlifting and studying up on nutrition and supplementation for fun. Traveling is something I really want to do more of as well. I've already been to much of the US, Canada, and four countries in Europe and I'm excited to keep "seeing the world" in the future.

What I’m doing with my life:
Attempting to finish up the process to be a Massage Therapist (work comes first) and considering becoming a personal trainer. I'd like to go back to school to get a degree in exercise science or something similar then maybe teach abroad.

The Mistborn series by Brandon Sanderson is now perhaps my all time favorite book series. Scott Pilgrim is my top movie and I loved the graphic novels. As for music I listen to mainly alternative (or things found on 105.7 The Point) as well as some things on the top of the charts, because, well, they're catchy. Finally for food, just all the sushi. Or if there is something weird or new I've never had, I'm very adventurous.

Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
I have nothing against the traditional "first date" of a dinner and movie. However, I really prefer activities that let you get to know each other more. That could be starting off by grabbing a drink, a bite to eat or relaxing at a cafe. Then anything from mini golf or bowling, to doing something active, or simply wondering around somewhere.
