I am very blessed to have a great life. I have a job that I love most days, a great family (though they live 500 miles away), a nice house, a nice car and 2 cats & a dog that run my life for me. What more could I ask for huh? Well, it would be nice to have a special someone to share things with.
I love animals and kids. I tend to not take life too seriously and laugh very often.
I like to hang out in the pool, read, bake and watch movies. I just started going to the gym and I love it. I am looking for someone who wants to be with me for me. Not for what I can do for them, or because they think I need them. I can take care of myself and don't want to take care of someone else. I don't want to be your mother, I want to be your girl.
If you don't actually live in Virginia, but may be coming through here at some point or have a friend here that you may visit sometime, please be honest about that upfront. I may not be opposed to meeting you, but I would like to know what I'm getting into from the start. Also, if you're just a player and want to see how many women you can talk to and string along at one time, please don't play that game with me. I'm actually looking for a real relationship with a real man that lives within 50 miles (or less)of me.
And, 1 last thing. If we text or chat for a while and then you decide I'm not the right person for you, that's fine. I'm a big girl. I can take it. I just ask that you be a man and say something. Don't just stop all contact without saying something. Please be a grown up and use your words.
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
I guess my idea of a great date is being someplace where we can really talk and get to know each other. Movies are great, but sometimes the other movie goers get a little nasty when you try to talk through the whole movie. lol A public place that is not too noisy is great. Walking around down town or through Innsbrook is also nice. Anyplace where you can feel comfortable with a new person is great.
