Thank you for “checking me out” in this rather large display case. I don’t think that we can handle more than 31 flavors at a time. Baskin Robins has the marketing research to corroborate my feelings. I have realized that I can handle considerably less than that. I suppose it’s good to be in the display case of thousands of guys because if you are communicating with me than I must be a new flavor that you want to try. But those flavor spoons… Sometimes it’s just not enough and unfortunately it just way to much… but you don’t want to be rude and toss the spoon in that bucket with a bunch of ice cream still stuck on it, so you grin and bear it. But can you truly taste the depth of the flavor with such a small spoon? Most of the time you just know. My flavor… Mint chocolate chip. Simple, youthful, fresh, with that sprinkling of chocolate that takes care of the deeper side. I’m not the usual rocky road, Mr. Mountain man that you see in every profile here in CO. I appreciate the outdoors and occasionally like to visit the mountains but I don’t have a punch card to REI. Do you ever wonder what it would be like to try as many flavors as you can and not buy a scoop? There may be a flavor that you just can’t pass up. The trick is to take it slowly so you don’t fill up and get sick of ice cream in the process. I want to know someone that good... I want to listen and be heard without judgements or control. I live and let live. I take it day by day and have learned to enjoy the ride. I would like to be able to call and say at the last minute, “Was thinking about doing XYZ and was wondering if you wanted to go?” And you would be able to respond without wondering if there were strings attached. What flavor describes you best?
