Let's see... I'm basically the best of both worlds. I have spent years of my life doing construction, and I served in the military for a bit. I've got all the manly, blue-collar chops you could ask for. On the other side, I'm halfway through an honours degree in English literature, but that hobby fell to the wayside when life happened. I was rocking a 4.0 right to the end. Brains, and brawn, ladies. I have all the skills to survive an apocalypse, and the knowledge base to start rebuilding society. Now, if that's not enough, I'm also very laid back. I laugh and joke about darn-near everything under the sun... Except for platypi. There is nothing funny about them. Laughing at those poor creatures is like laughing at a disabled kid.
So, I like most music, like everyone else on this site, apparently. There are some notable exceptions, of course, which I will not note here.
Work is alright. I'm a steelworker, and I mostly operate cranes. It can be a bit tedious, but it pays the bills. I always have my eyes on the horizon, seeking a new challenge. My superior work ethic and systematic thinking have a way of opening doors.
Now, what do I need from you? An even temperament would be fabulous. A bit of serious brainpower, and a bit of reckless abandon. You see, when I'm on, I'm on, but when it's party time, I'm all about the hedonism, and I'd like to share all that with you.
Ultimately, anything I write here will fail to do me justice. I am capable, and adaptable to all situations. I have diverse interests, and my knowledge base extends to the most obscure corners of reality, so if you're interested in getting to know me, fire off a message on whatever is tickling your brain right... Now.
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
For the initial fact-finding mission, coffee is the order of the day, but for a proper first date I figure dinner or pool and some wobbly-pops would be fine, but if my paramour would like more, we could hit a symphony or a movie. If there's anything you prefer to do: communicate. Isn't that the new age relationship paradigm? I'm easy. All venues are equal. I'm not going to these places for the place, but for the company.
