I'm looking for someone who's affectionate and full of the joie de vivre! I'm into all things cultural but down to earth,(a spade's a spade) a good communicator (for a bloke) and i can even look like I'm paying attention ;). My sense of humour is very dry eg George Carlin,Monty Python,Fawlty,Blackadder etc. I love 60's,70's music particularly The Stones,Beatles,Queen,Bob Dylan and Classical...finding a lover of Mozart and his music would be like winning the lottery to me!
Being fit is very important to me and i train most days (weights and circuits) so my ideal woman enjoys a healthy lifestyle,she is also intelligent and 'gets' dry humour.If you're into partying and clubbing I am most definitely not for you!
I love intelligent conversation even though my kids (both abroad now) would say I talk a load of crap.For relaxing you can't beat a coffee and a bit of people watching! I'd just like to share the nicer things in life..weekends away,holidays,concerts or sometimes just doing nothing with someone..but most of all I just want to get off here...permanently!

Dislikes:loud people,egotists,selfishness,humourless people,arrogance,smokers,lack of manners....the list is endless haha
