I am originally from Arizona but have lived in California for over 30.
It is a blessing to live here in the South Bay, near the ocean.
I enjoy my job, teaching Physical Education to Middle School Students. (Yes, I must be a little crazy!! So you see, I do have a lot of patience and determination!!!) I am a creative and improvisational person and this beats a traditional 9 to 5.
I enjoy a range of music styles from Frank Sinatra to Bruno Mars. I love outdoor concerts, plays, and sports venues. I have a bike, a tennis racket and a sewing machine and an adopted Poodle. I may not be the best cook, but I do enjoy it when I do.
My intention is to be a good example to my students and hopefully inspire them to make good choices for a lifetime.
They keep me young, however I seriously need some grown up company!
I am fit, kind, young at heart and loving. Sometimes I can be funny. Sometimes I can be serious, but I do not take myself so seriously.
I danced professionally jazz, tap and flamenco in Lake Tahoe, Hollywood, Spain, London, and Japan. It was so much fun!!!
Now, I am grateful that my daughter has been successful as a professional artist and been able to travel all over the world.
I am looking forward to meeting a happy, joyous and free spirit to walk with a while.
A little spark of joy is what I hope to bring to the people I meet. "Life is short", as my dad would say. So I hope to experience as much joy as
I can and pass it on as well.
