I am new to the separated scene. I have 2 beautiful children whom I adore and spend lots of active time with. I believe in the hands-on parenting!
I strongly beleive that the key to any relationship is a solid based friendship. For sure sexual attraction and chemistry must be there...but without a strong friendship, no couple can withstand the hard times. I'm attracted to men that are manly but possess the ability to show his sensitive side. A guy that can sit down and "girl-talk_ with me is just about the sexiest thing ever. You would have your own individual interests as do I...and then we as a couple would have "ours".
I love to cook, but also like to be cooked for. I like quiet nights in, cuddling on the couch with a sink-your-teeth- into movie or getting all dolled up for a night on the town. And somewhere in between as well. I enjoy local cruises and have never been on a real cruise but aspire to one day. I enjoy being active in the outdoors as well. I'm a bit rusty in some of the outdoors sports, but am really looking forward to honing my skills and getting back to them.
I am friendly with the kids dad, so I'm not looking for a mere dad replacement. But the person I end up with must love kids (at least mine lol). At the end of the day, we do end up coming as a package deal...so please dont ask me to get rid of them...there not old shoes or baggage...there my kids!
This is my time. My time to find my match, live life to its fullest and enjoy it as much as one can. Care to join me on my journey??
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
This really depends on the person. I liketo be able to "talk" to the person...so going anywhere where we have to yell would not be good. Meet me for an icecream? or how about a coffee/ice cap? Dinner & a movie? Walk along a beach? and so on...
To me...the point of the first meeting...which i refer to as date zero, lol is getting to know the other, sharing and see if that special chemistry/attraction is there...if it is then awesome skys the limits for us...but if its not...atleast we have had a fun time out!
