Whenever I'm asked what sign I am and I say a Scorpio I usually get, "Oh my God you're a Scorpio!" I think most women feel a male Scorpio is jealous, overbearing, and possessive by nature. Perhaps some are, but I'm not at all a jealous person, and not, in the least, overbearing or possessive by nature. In contrast to such negative connotations I much prefer to be proud of my partner, in all aspects of her being, instead of jealous, and recognize the fact that she has her own identity, and in that respect, enhance and promote whatever she endeavors to do in life, as opposed to being overbearing or possessive. Who functions well when they're bound and restricted????????
I love a woman's mind, and a woman who expresses herself openly, and without inhibitions, whether it be verbally, or with her eyes. To "LISTEN" to a woman's mind while looking into her eyes is such an amazing experience.
I like to have FUN (a huge word in my vocabulary), and I love to laugh. I have one daughter (my best friend), who is now 24 and living on her own. I raised her as a single parent, and during that time I emphasized to her a 1000 times that it's more fun to laugh than to cry. We all cry from time to time, but hopefully, the laughing out weighs the crying a hundred times over.
I love to travel, meet new people, experience different cultures - a simple walk in the rain, or on the beach, swimming, camping, sipping a good wine on an outdoor patio, enjoying a long lingering dinner, or watching a good movie at home. I also enjoy going to the gym and staying fit (not an obsession - just an enjoyment). I also enjoy my job - the interaction with people on a day-to-day basis, as well as the people I work with. I can truly say I have alot of fun at work. Photography is another passion which I pursue on a non-regular basis, but it's still fun.
Oooooops, I used the word "passion"....hmmmmmmmm! The connotation of the word passion is usually related to sex. That's great, because sex is great, and should be passionate, uninhibited and fun. However, passion for me, encompasses my entire life - from waking up in the morning, smelling the freshness in the air, watching you lie in bed asleep, or meeting the challenges of each day - negative or positive. So, when I say I'm looking for a passionate woman, I mean it in every aspect of her being.
The category of "dating" which I've chosen doesn't mean at all that I have the desire to date multiple women. Dating is usually the start of "long term" and if that were to evolve I would keep the door wide open.
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
An ideal first date is to get to know each other. The environment should be appropriate for great communication, and if the connection is there, then a second date would be amazing. Let's put both our minds together and decide this one.
