About Me
Soul Mate: n. Someone who not only wants to go driving to little visited outdoor locations and hike, but also stare up at the stars from said location and talk dreams and stories. Usually not very materialistic, often eccentric and always accepting. Doesn't mind being around me often. (Synonyms: Neo-Hippie, Tantrika, Writer, Intellectual)

I'M NOT A PARTY PERSON! Not exactly shy, but I like listening, and I value silence sometimes as much as I value talking. I like to say weird, out of context things...all the time. Or mumble and see how people react. Does anyone else start to say something, realize it's stupid, and something comes out anyway? Ooooh me! That happens to me!

Anyway, I'm more of a Kick-Back person than a Party person. Kick-Back = Sit around with friends talking, sword fighting with Shenai, drum circles, video game tournaments, table-top role playing games, deciding to move the kick back to the beach at the last minute, sneaking past the front gate after the campsite is closed and camping for free, leaving before 5AM so you don't get caught. That sort of thing.
I'm laid back most of the time, but I like to get passionate about some things, and I have an eccentric streak that forces me to...oh burst into song or dance spontaneously, yell at the victims in a horror movie while deciding what I would do in the same situation, raise my hand in restaurants to see how fast the waiter will take to get to your table once you draw attention to yourself from the whole restauraunt, discuss: politics, religion, ethics, science, and other sensitive subjects, just to see how people react.
I like pushing people to see how far they go, and just a little further. Closed-mindedness is one of my pet peeves, so I like to think that I stick a wedge in the doors people build and hammer it in. If they want to open it the rest of the way, that's their choice.
More about me, Music: Depeche Mode, Trance, Light Classical, Jazz, Blues, Blue Grass,*...*thinking*...* you know, it would be easier just listing the music I don't listen to: Death Metal, Most Heavy Metal, and anything too profane. I love animals, and getting back to nature, I'm a self-appointed outdoorsman that fancies himself a moderate MacGyver. I read a lot. I play table-top RPG's. This paragraph is beginning to look like my interests section. A lot.
I smoke weed, while on a constant mission to NOT smoke, but it's the cheapest entertainment in this forsaken valley. Don't judge too quickly. I'm tired of people telling me I shouldn't smoke, having never tried it themselves. That's plain hypocracy. (If you don't agree, message me please! It's one of my favourite subjects because it is so subjective and sensitive!) Besides, drinking is more dangerous than smoking, and far more expensive. Like anything else in life, use intelligently and in moderation. It doesn't affect my life adversely, and I've come to an agreement with the habit that everything else comes first, OR ELSE. That's got it scared.

Send me a message if you're still interested, but to quote the late great Mitch Hepburn (R.I.P.) "If anyone wants to see me after the show, I'll be....surprised. ...I'll have to add liner notes to this CD. Like 'in this scene, Mitch pointed to the back.'"

Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
People watching at the mall, (People Watching: v. The act of watching people, and making up funny stories about them, decide whether their breasts are real or fake, whether they are metro sexual or just plain gay), and talking. Hiking is great, too, gets the blood flowing and lets you just stare out at nature in awe.
