Hopeless horror junkie aspires to achieve academic notoriety and one day draw a concise, consumer-friendly distinction between narcolepsy and necrophilia.
Believes that one day "work experience" will be available as a suppository.
I have a photogenic memory.
Reality is running the risk of undermining the authenticity of video games.
The academic vernacular entrenches upon the rightful territory of 'street cred.".
There's no place for medicine in ego.
I don't 'suffer' form insanity, I enjoy every minute of it!
Sorry about all that. My cat passed out drunk on my keyboard. I disapprove, but it helps her writing
Besides completing profiles professionally, I co-own and operate and contribute two (ahh yes, the triumvirate of pretentiousness) a website dedicated exclusively to Horror film, reviews and theory.
Besides 'that', I fritter about, making fritters
I'm actually quite philisophical. I'll spend a random chunk of time pondering some age old question, and I like to think I come up with some interesting ideas!
Besides that, I'll try to focus my attention into a book.
Absolutely nothing. I'm perfectly content to stare through space.
I contemplate horror and culture in every aspect.
I manage a horror film website.
To be less abstract, I'm a very open minded person. I love traveling and experiencing new things in every respect of the true spirit of the statement.
I love cooking when I have someone to cook for. I'm a trained Chef, so I like using that as an excuse to treat my friends with new foods.
I'm a very relaxed and laid back kind of person, though I am also committed to what's important to me.
I like to be challenged in a relationship. I like it when my partner is of strong mind and will, but open and like me, non-judgmental. I like to experience what she likes and share in those things, while at the same time be able to share with her the things I love. It makes for a mutually beneficial and richly textured relationship.
I'm patient and thus, don't mind shy people. In fact, I think it's kind of cute. That being said, I respond to "all" my messages, so please, drop me a line with anything that's on your mind and we'll see what results!
I have a very random sense of humor (see above) and I like someone able to appreciate, or perhaps at least tolerate that about me.
I collect comics/graphic novels and movies. I have over 1000 movies (I've been at it since I was 16! lol). I like attending fan conventions and collecting autographs and sketches and getting my picture taken with the peeps!
I'd describe myself as a positive person. I like positive, happy people. I understand that everyone has their downer days and I do what I can to make those around me happy! I'm always being goofy and random, saying things to get laughs out of those around me. I'd love to meet someone who can share in this aspect of my personality, or again, at least appreciate it. :)
Probably a less endearing quality of mine is that I cuss like a sailor, though naturally as the circumstances dictate, can keep that under wraps. lol
Anyway, I think I'll leave this here until I think of something else. Again, any questions, just shoot me a line and we'll get a chattin'!
I'm on msn, skype and of course, gmail!
Anyway, I wish you all well on your searches for love, friendship and happiness!
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
Activities are good. Anything conducive of conversation. Bowling? Mini put? I'm fine with the staples though, dinner and a movie, as long as there's an interesting conversation to be derived from it afterwards. Talking about the movie is the second half of the experience after all.
You know what's oddly fun? Boardgames! I think this is oft overlooked, but it's true! The right group of friends, flexible rules and you've got a recipe for some laughs!
Let's see....I'm pretty receptive to most ideas.
