I'm a bright, funny, sweet-hearted law student, looking to meet someone who will knock my socks off. I'm into someone with lots of brains, wicked sense of humour, loves to laugh, loves to express her emotions. I'm from Vancouver originally but went to school in Montreal. I'm interested in working on Wall Street (one day!) but am a performance poet for fun at the same time. All in all, I find myself interested in just about every topic you can imagine. I think Leonard Cohen is greatest lyricist ever - he can make the most profane things beautiful. Would just like to meet someone who is passionate about her own life, what she is dreaming to do and what she really thinks about everything. Also, I live and die for excellent sushi.
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
First dates can be pretty tricky, so I prefer to keep things as simple as possible. The key is finding out whether I can be comfortable with you and you with me. Live theatre, live music, improv comedy, anything that can be fun but not sit in the dark silent. Dinner should be casual but excellent. Nothing crazy heavy, maybe sushi, Indian food, or something at Utopia, a nice glass of wine to enjoy. And then, if possible, a walk at the end, maybe with ice cream cone in hand or just chatting, getting to know each other in a very easy-going, pleasant, slightly flirtatious sort of way.
Or Bowling. Bowling as a first date sounds awesome.
