Each day dawns with new challenges and blessings. Cancer survivor, still have some lasting effects from treatment and surgeries that God and time will hopefully heal. Sometimes don't know if I want to draw someone into this journey, but would sure love to have someone to hang out with, to hang onto every once in a while.
Air Force veteran, Boy Scout leader, Retired state employee, Gun Department manager and Firearms Instructor, animal lover, Firefighter, past EMT and dispatcher, Ham radio op., Computer geek. Divorced, independent, patriotic and God-fearing. More of a blue jeans kind of guy, but I can spiff up nicely when I need to. Traveler. Favorite spots are Disney, Vegas, the French Quarter, Cruises.
I love photography, computers. Not much into sports but can enjoy a good game occasionally. I'm very active in Public Service, (Fire, Rescue, Search & Rescue) and doing for others. I also shoot competitively, teach firearms courses, and love some time on the firing range whenever I can find the time. Love taking the window off the jeep and taking a nice ride.
I love to laugh and have a great sense of humor. I love comedies, funny movies, and comedians. Sarcasm spoken fluently.

I'm not here looking for one night stands, there are other sites for that. I'm honestly looking for friendships that can grow. I don't fall for everyone I go out with, but when that spark is there, I know it.

Sitting, having a drink, watching the lake, or a running river would be relaxing, helpful for opening up and communicating. I'm shy at first, but once I open up...
