My profile says "Not single/Not looking." It should really say, "Not single/ looking." I mean I am looking for happy soul with whom I can dance the cosmic dance of life. Someone who finds joy in life, especially the simple things that make life worth living.
I like to have fun--e.g., dancing, karaoke singing, walking by the beach, listening to classical music, working out. In fact, for me, anything can be a source of fun. One of my plans is to publish my collection of love poems, which I have written ("My Heart Sings," a Collection of Intimate Sentiments). with flowers incorporated in the writings. I enjoy putting down on paper the ideas that come to me. Being by the beach brings me lot of peace.
I am very spiritual, and my spirituality is all about life being a "yes" celebration. I really live in the "OK land"--meaning everything happens for the good, no matter how painful the event may seem to be. When the dust settles, so to speak, I see that the experience is really meant for good. Of course, I too have my "down moments," which I have learned to cope with. I discuss these principles and experiences in my book that is now in the process (proofing stage!) of being published--"Whispers of the Soul." I love being with people. Therefore, I love facilitating group activities. I am amazed how amazing we humans are--endowed with unique qualities and wonderful attributes. Of course, I recognize that we all have flaws but our good points more than compensate for what I call "human imperfections."
Yes, indeed, life is a wonder--no ifs or buts. We just need to open our whole being to the "glorious unfolding" of life-- every minute, every hour. Let's get into the habit of emphasizing what is right, good, and beautiful, which I call "RiGBea," for short.
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
I will call it a "progression date:
1. Meet for morning coffee.
2. If things progress well, how about a morning walk by the beach?
3. If things are still alright, follow this with a light lunch?
4. Then moving along, another walk, maybe in a park where there are flowers?
My! This is a long, protracted one! Who cares if one is willing to savor the time of getting to know someone who is exciting and full of life? Also, time flies when you are having fun!
Or in the early evening:
1. Go for coffee, sharing about ourselves for us to get to know one another?
2. If things are right, follow this with karaoke singing or playing some games?
In fact, if we are having a good time with our fellowship, it can even be a whole-day event! My! Sounds outrageous? Yes! But hey, life is short. Enjoy life while we are in this earth. Seize the moment. I CAN DREAM, CAN'T I?
