*12.1 Update* I am planning to move to Australia around the end of January so that is why I changed my intent. It would be unfair for me to mislead you that I am staying around nor would I ask you to pick up and go with me. If you want to keep things casual or friendly that is fine by me.
I would hate to bore you by telling you how wonderful I am by attaching to my name a bunch of flattering adjectives. I am sure that you have already found this in every other profile. So, why not start with some bad stuff - I tend to be impulsive, suck at Captcha puzzles, cuss too often, and stay up way past my bedtime.
Despite being very busy, I make it a point to find the time for doing the things I like and spending the time with people who I care about. I love to play and watch sports, listen to music, read (preferably if it has pop-ups or places to color), watch movies, and travel. I enjoy dining out and a good bottle of wine, but I also love to cook. I am always looking for something new to try or challenge myself - last year I couldn't run 3 miles and now I am preparing for my 5th 1/2 marathon.
How about you? What made you laugh today? Do you ruminate? What makes you weak in your knees?
You are curious about the world around you. You can take a joke and are not easily offended. You believe that sarcasm is a spice of life. You are open-minded, and are generally happy. The rest is negotiable.
P.S. If all your message says is "Hi" or "Whats up?" I will not reply. I love girls who make the 1st move but that doesn't really count.
Conversation Starters (i.e. what you'd like to do on a first date...)
On a 1st date have you ever...
Played UNO until 3am?
Created a scrapbook using today's paper?
Ran a 5k?
Watched a movie and then reenacted it with sock puppets?
Yeah, well me neither!
I don't have a bottled idea of a 1st date but it is important that we find out if there should be a 2nd date.
