I've tried to put so many different things on this profile, some overestimating, some funny, some unlike me. So lets try it a new way...short, honest, and open.
What you get with me is a nerd who likes to read mostly fantasy/sci fi, Dean Koontz, Clive Cussler, and Donald Westlake. A Doctor Who addict, beer geek (comes with the job), animal lover, a smart ass, and classic movie buff. I'm in a transitional part of my life, where I'm finally serious about work, and slowly starting to take the rest of life a little serious which is definitely something new for me. I'm going back to the gym finally to get back into shape (which is a project all in itself), and finally have long term goals that I can actually obtain.
There is no ego and on a regular basis I admit when I'm wrong, sometimes even when I REALLY don't want to. I love my job, and will probably spend the rest of my life in restaurant...or at least until they have had enough of me. If I couldn't do this, I'd most likely teach for a living. I always try to be fair, regardless of whether it favors me or not. I will rarely argue, instead I attempt to discuss. I'm far from perfect, which at least keeps me entertained.
I try to keep things as simple as possible, but I will never claim that I'm a "great" guy. I think as a friends or otherwise I'm something unique and different which at least is worth giving a chance if nothing else.
