About Me
My wife passed away eleven years ago after 49 very great years of marriage. I'm not trying to replace her as life goes on. I have a small home in a gated community in Yuma, AZ plus a motor home, as I do like to travel but not alone. be nice to have a partner
and make some new memories together. I think over lunch or dinner is the best. start by just being together and see what happens. I prefer she have a mind of her own and use it. She would have as much to say about how we operate as I do. Honest communications and a little plain old respect for one another. I do not drink but I'm no prude. I have liquor for company and do not mind my partner having wine or a highball.I just do not want to carry her home to often. (joke). I do not act or feel the age I'm stuck with. I'm healthy (oh boy), I do practice good personal hygiene. I'm not particular about my environment as long as it's clean. I'm handy fixing things. I have a great sense of humor. I get along well with almost anyone. I'm very inquisitive. I like to try new things. I'm very affectionate and show it. I'm also a one woman man. We should be honest with each other. I believe in women's lib but still feel a lady should be treated as a lady. I'm not jealous but I am protective. I like a lady that stands up for herself. I do like to pamper. I'm not looking for a lady to take care of me but a partner to share whatever time we have left. I have both a directTV Sat. dish and a Hughes.Net sat. dish. This way I do not miss the news and can always get on the internet. I do Enjoy walking, swimming and all that jazz. I like meeting new people. All pictures taken within the last three years. I originaly came out of Utah and Nevada.I travel on short trips to the Palm Springs area,San Diego and Las Vegas. I'm sure this profile does not sound overly friendly, I do not mean it that way. I beleive we should talk over what we expect from each other. After a few letters and phone calls. Then get together for an hour over lunch or dinner. I'm in Quartzsite,AZ right now. Will be headed for Rye,AZ (on #87 just below Payson) in a couple of weeks or so. Then up to the Rim after that.Like to ride the desert winters & mountains summers, photographing animals, trees, flowers or whatever pops up,just enjoying the scenery & outdoors.

I like the mountains for the animals, walking, lakes and all the rest.Used to hunt. Now I hunt with a camera. Do fresh water fishing.Owned boats (no more boats.) Managed & Host Campgrounds. I'm still enjoying riding my Rhino side by side ATV. Not much is any fun by yourself. Still need a partner. Do not care how old my partner is. Just if she likes the outdoors. Go for the day for starts.. A lunch and all day to goofing off taking in the country. A lady that would like to share the great scenery. All this after we have had coffee and bla bla bla.

I believe a person could put whatever sounds good on here. I'm one that figures two folks that visits an hour over a good dinner, will know if they want to try to carry the relationship further.

That does not mean I never go out to dinner and get my shopping fix right along. I just gave up the night life several years ago. I'm a long way from a recluse but just more laid back now than before. But do not want to just sit and watch TV.Boy, this get's dumber all the time. I like it when it's just the gal & me. Taking in the country, photography,picnics,dinner out, just enjoying it all together. Does not have to be a 24/7 thing. Maybe a trail ride or two, enjoy the day. There is no doubt I'm not thirty years old anymore.It's just that a younger lady seem's more inclined to bounce around outside away from home. I don't do things fast but do get there. I take my motor home to an area, then spend whatever time it takes to look the country over, then move on.Now it's mostly Arizona and Utah. These are the states I can tow everything legal.
