Someday I want to be able to say something like, "I was sitting with my friend Arthur Kornblum, in a restaurant, it was a Horn and Hardart cafeteria. And this beautiful girl walked in and I turned to Arthur and I said, 'Arthur, you see that girl? I'm going to marry her.' And two weeks later we were married. And it's over fifty years later and we are still married." (Name that movie!)
Now I just have to find a friend named, Arthur Kornblum...
I love to live an active life and explore. I love to travel to as many varied locations as I can and I attend many concerts as I am an avid music fan of many genres (though I love Metal the most). This year I will attend at least 50 concerts from Cyndi Lauper to Slayer...though not together, that'd be an odd double-bill.
I am a complete goofball, dorky, and passionate. I am almost always smiling...except when I'm not.
I am passionate about helping people and have worked in soup kitchens, food warehouses, and hospitals. I have participated in many cancer runs and events I am currently training for a half marathon.
I am "old fashioned" to a certain degree-I was raised to be a gentleman by my grandparents and take pride in it. I laugh every chance I get and enjoy making others laugh. I have a love for the outdoors and anything that involves outdoor activities from walking and biking to swimming and hiking.
I love good coffee and good beer (but again, not together).
I love food. Quantity is never as important as quality.
I love a challenge. I love creating solutions.
I love movies, particularly slapstick, goofy movies and rom-coms (not sure why, I just do).
For me, a girl’s gotta have: pretty eyes, her own style, a good heart, the ability to make me laugh, a lust for life and a killer smile. I don't think it's too much to ask. Right?

First Date
Something simple where we can talk, see how well we connect and see if there is any of that elusive "chemistry" between us. If an initial 10-20 minutes flies by and we're still talking and laughing, then there might just be something there!
