About Me
Just a "real"(down-to-earth) woman looking for a man who knows how to appreciate a woman's good qualities without taking advantage of them. You know, they always say nice guys finish last-I don't agree, they seem to all be taken and now it's just us nice girls(with a little bit of an edge) trying to find someone. Someone who understands that spoiling a woman isn't only about materialistic things. A man who knows what Chivalry is.
I'm young enough to still have fun, but too old for games. I know how to enjoy the backyard BBQs, the river, the desert, road trips,and the ritzy party. Truly do believe that anything is fun with the right person!(Really I do) And, just like most people who can be honest about themselves, I am full of contradictions( am strong and independent-but like to be taken care of,easy going-until pushed too far, like to dress up-like to wear jeans,etc... )
Haven't had much luck with these online dating things, but it beats Costco or the gas station!!(And I'm not much of a bar fly)
I'm easy going and love to laugh(nothing is sexier than a man who can make me laugh,O.K.-in all honesty-looks do matter some too)And sometimes laugh hardest at myself.I tend to have a dry, sarcastic, and rather cheesy sense of humor.I truly believe any experience can be fun, if in the right company. I Love weekend get-a-ways, trying new things, learning, piano bars, and that "chemistry" thing(that thing you feel without words, the kind you never forget and never admit still haunts you).
I don't know why they won't let us explain our intent-I'm hoping to find someone where we can enjoy each other and get to know each other, with out doing the "marriage interview". Just don't feel the need to push or rush things, just let them develop as we feel it. Am I the only one who feels like I need a resume for a first meeting?
I also believe that the most important things are:family, communication, mutual respect, patience, honesty, and keeping your word. Say what you mean,mean what you say (kinda makes sense, don't it?)
Looking forward to loving someone because of their quirks, not in spite of them. No such thing as a perfect person, just one who's perfect for you.
