Hey everyone,
I'm Amanda. I'm from Northern Michigan, but I was transfered to Virginia and will be here for the next few years
My family means the world to me, even though I don't get to see them much
I'm a Health Service Technician in the Coast Guard
I don't like sleeping in on my days off, I feel like I wasted part of the day. I'm usually up and out of bed by 7am
I am active, and I need someone who is active. In the past year I have completed dozens of races/events including two half marathons, an ultra marathon, three Go Ruck Challeges...instant points if you're GRT or even know what a Go Ruck Challenge is
I'm outside as often as possible, but tend to enjoy a cold rainy day as an excuse to curl up with a good book and a glass of wine.
Nature hikes are my favorite idea of a date, I can't be with a guy that doesn't like to get dirty once in a while.
I'm extreamly into getting fit...would be cool to at least meet new people to be active with.
I won't date anyone that doesn't have goals for their life. I currently working on my BA in Advanced Patient Care and will graduate in Dec 2013

First Date
My favorite first dates are nature hikes. It's a good chance to get to know each other. If it's too cold out, then hot cocoa at a cafe is also a good choice.
