Simplicity. All I'm looking for is someone to share in the beauty, amusement and daily doings of life. Some of what follows may sound a bit too well-rehearsed, or even ::shudder:: wordy, but I prefer to be expressive and open -- and hope that you'll take a moment to read and write.
I am loyal and devoted in friendships, work and family. I have a wide variety of interests and many tidbits of knowledge, so I feel most at home in the company of those who are inquisitive, understanding, confident, creative and embrace their own form of humor. I enjoy the energy built as a conversation evolves, and am open to discussing anything.
I want to take the time to share interests, discover little joys and see what friendship can build into. I've never married nor had kids, and see that as a natural progression to aspire to. Open communication, honesty and trust what I offer and expect -- they hold sway in so many areas of life, and are too often victims of circumstance challenges emerge.
The interplay, intuition and sharing of emotions is what I'm looking for -- someone who enjoys both tease and taunt as we get to know and grow together. Quaint, cheesy, cute little love stories are such a fun part of life -- be they a 30 second commercial, a good book or a feature-length movie. Let's find that tingle that comes with the moment in a good story when someone shows devotion, love, or takes a risk just because it's right. While I have an interest in bdsm, I also hold to the idea of dating, courtship and proceeding in a natural, patient manner.
Some more about me: I'm good at fixing things, listening, shopping, understanding, overthinking, emoting and explaining (or trying to!)... I ponder the future, vocabulary, events and writing, and am saddened (and amused) by so-called professional/print/online content that is released seemingly without competent human proofing. It would be awesome to transition to a job that involved this, and/or some other of my talents in a more direct way. Right now, I'm a jack-of-all for work, and while it is a never-ending challenge, it also offers only the awards and commendations that I present myself in daily victories.
