My family and friends would describe me as fun, loving and personable. Conversation comes very easy to me and I love trying new things (skydiving will be one of them).
Some of my favorite things to do are: Hiking/walking the state parks, camping, traveling (especially to CT to visit friends), Saint Paul Saints games, relaxing with a good book/movie, getting together with friends/family, helping others, and shopping antique and vintage stores. I love the North Shore and try to get there once or twice a year.
One of the most important things I've learned in my life is that fear is a weight that can hold us down if we allow it to. John Wayne once said, "Courage is being scared to death, but saddling up anyway." We have to take courage and ignore the fear or we will never accomplish anything.
Some things that are very important to me:
1) God. I need someone who believes in God and has accepted Christ as their Savior.
2) Open communication; it’s best to discuss things rather than keep them bottled up inside. I’m not saying I need to know your every thought, I just need to know when you’re bothered by or concerned about something. I’m a straight forward person and I don’t like drama.
3) You should be at least farily healthy; I've worked hard to change my diet to a healthy one and now I'm trying to incorporate a more active lifestyle. I need someone who knows the importance of taking care of themselves, not necessarily to look good but to feel good.
4) We need to have our own interests and our own time with our friends, being part of a couple doesn't mean we have to spend all of our time together.
