It's important to have a strong foundation. I believe it isn't the skin of the man that defines him, rather the content of his character. The capacity of which contains an aptitude of loyalty, communication, honesty and thoughtfulness. I endeavor to live up to these standards. People have said I have a good radio voice. I am also witty and humorous. I like using my hands. Whether it be tinkering or assembling things.
I grew up in a rather popular tourist attraction, a treasure trove called Capitola. Where is that you may ask? It is located in Monterey county along the coast, next to Santa Cruz, home of the banana slugs. In the 80's and 90's, it was a wonderful place to grow up. Everything was walking distance, under a mile. The elementary school I attended, New Brighton State Beach, the boardwalk, shopping centers, etc.
My favorite activity besides popping wheelies or flipping ollies was rollerskating... and hockey. Later on I was involved in minor league baseball and had a blast. When I was 12 my family moved to Creston so my sister could raise animals. That and it was getting too crowded, they said. I then continued my baseball career for another year and made it to the Templeton All-Star team.
What happened next? Maybe I'll tell you over coffee.
