I am looking for someone who has tons of energy and that upon after reading this will think "Wow, there's someone out there who's a weirdo like me!"
I love dancing. I'm not trained in any way but I am the most alive when I am on the dance floor on a Saturday night. I don't do any of that bump and grind crap. I dance with energy that people used to have back in 70s. Think Soul Train, when everyone on that show was just having fun and grooved as the Sylvers would perform "Hotline", "High School Dance" or 'New Horizons".
I moved to Los Angeles about a year and a half ago and it CHANGED MY LIFE. I've always wanted to work in television and movies and I finally got the gumption to move out here with only 2 grand to my name, my laptop and 3 suitcases of clothes. I now work at a great production company as an Associate Story Producer for a hit reality TV show. My goal one day is to start my own production company that focuses on making tv comedy shows. Right now I am just working hard, being humble and enjoying EVERY MINUTE OF IT!
I am a Pisces so that means I love being around people. If your are my friend I will be there for you. I also am very adaptable. I'll do almost anything once because I am addicted to new experiences. I love to do things that involve creation whether it's writing poems about snowmen eating cereal or creating music or even driving down PCH for no reason! I think best experiences are the ones where we throw the GPS out the window and letting our instincts decide.
I've never done gardening. I don't know how to cook awesome pancakes yet. I would love to learn more about the stars and the universe. I want to learn and do as much as I can in my lifetime because that makes me a better man as well as someone who is constantly interesting.
My current music obsessions include: The Sylvers, Daft Punk, Justice, Kitten, Portugal The Man, The Brian Jonestown Orchestra and Todd Terje.
I'd pick you up and we'd head out to a gallery opening at the Bergamont Station in Santa Monica. We'd go there, laugh at the dumb art pieces, be surprised at the surprisingly good ones, drink wine or whatever they got and get to know each other. I'm genuinely curious about everyone's journey in life so have some good stories to tell!
Afterwards, we'll go to Father's Office for some drinks and some light food. At the end of the night I'll drive you home and I'm sure we'll both know if we want to date again. I will do what I can to make the evening chill and low stress because dating in and of itself is pretty awkward (especially when you are starting off).
At some point we should go to the Funky Soul at the Echoplex on a Saturday Night. It's so much fun!
Even if it doesn't end up working out we can still be friends.
