About Me
I am a sensitive, caring and open christian gentle-man. I am romantic like a french man and passionate like an italian man ( my grand- father was italian). I look after people in my work and I love to give and be of service. I was born in Paris, France and the streets of the city were my playground. I had never known as a child that Paris was considered to be one of the most beautiful cities in the world. All I was seeing and experiencing with the eye of a child was the ugliness of the concrete, the dirty stones everywhere, the frantic pace of people and cars, and the overwhelming noise and pollution. In my late teens, I moved to the countryside in Brittany and I experienced for the first time the peace and the exquisite beauty of nature.
I fell in love with the huge centennial oak tree and the equally ancient beech tree in front of my house. When I emigrated to the wild north American continent, my appreciation and delight for this pristine, untamed wilderness grew very much. I began to spend a lot of time everyday in the woods, walking , climbing, watching wild life and sitting quietly for many hours in deep contemplation. I felt this beautiful, serene world is the creation of God, and I found there much comfort and nurturing. I have traveled and lived in many places.....this time finds me in the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii...I love to be walking bare foot gently on the earth.....and be in my garden. Nature is my silent companion...... it is soothing to my soul...... it is God''s amazing Creation....
I am not afraid of intimacy....expressing my feelings and being vulnerable......nor I am afraid of asserting the man that I am. The union of the two polarities within as well as the union with the soul mate, blossom into a greater wholeness transcending individuality.
I have been like a "mother at home" raising my daughter by myself as a single parent and I have been involved in the world, working and being in service to the best of my abilities. My path is the path of love compassion and service... I practice random act of kindness....and praying the LOrd.
I am looking for a lady companion and friend .....a humble sweet heart..... a woman of Proverbs 31:10-31. Please don't feel pressure to fit into a mold.....it is all in the eyes of the beholder....we all have our dreams and visions of the perfect mate....
And although it is good to have a clear intention I have learned you can't be holding on to it.....lest you crystallize in the mind this idea of "what I want in a mate" and miss the soulmate passing by because she/he doesn't fit the profile!.....
Love, devotion and service to God first and then to each others is the foundation I would like to built on for a healthy committed relationship....of course we all comes with baggage.....so this might require some work to achieve.....
It is a spiritual as well as a physical union.....a marriage that brings wonders, magic, joy and excitement all for the sake of experiencing love at the deepest level......ultimately offering this love in service to the world......

First Date
A walk in nature or any quiet space to talk and share. Go fishing?
Please send me a picture if you are going to write me a message, I need to see your face clearly. Internet dating is already so impersonal and somewhat unreal, if there is no picture, I find it difficult to relate. As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words....!!!
