I enjoy being productive. I typically have some kind of a project on the go. If not, I'm helping someone with theirs. I get a great satisfaction from helping others and a job well done. I'm a do-er. : )
I love love love lake life. I try to spend as much time there as possible. Kenora area is where I hang my lake hat, or should I say put on my lake tools. My lake life also has projects as part of daily life. Fixing, building, planning...something, anything. See above paragraph.
I also do my best to live a healthy lifestyle. Food, exercise, conversation, inner reflection, these are the things that keep me healthy. I'm all for pure indulgence from time to time, however balance and moderation are key.
I like to think I'm considerate of others, treating people with decency regardless of societal status. Put out nice, get nice back. It's actually quite self serving if you think about it. Man I'm a jerk.
Per my intent here? Meet some people, make some friends, maybe even "click" in that certain way that has us both wanting to be closer. No pressure, no expectations, no hard feings if things aren't mutual.
Oh and I work in film. It's cool. I love it, that's why I still do it. I make little mention of work because I feel too many people define others by their employment. Often it can be a window into more about a person, but just as often it can be just a source of income. I mean really, Albert Einstein was a patent clerk for how long?
I'm 40, not 38. Can't seem to change that mistake.
Who can say for sure? Something that's amicable to both parties. I honestly believe in just going somewhere comfortable to talk, get a feel for, for not of, one another. I am not against having a drink to relax, but it certainly isn't necessary. If it ends up being coffee we meet for, please don't laugh too hard when I order a fruity something. I tend to get a touch hyper on the caffeine as I don't drink it often. : )
Something that has an easy out, in my experience, not to be rude, sometimes it's like "Okee, thanks for showing up, best of luck", smile smile, phew. I'm trying to be funny, but we all know within the first few minutes if there is something that interests us enough to make it enjoyable for both people.
Jesus, did someone sneak me some caffeine? Blah, blah, blah.
Also of note: I am sympathetic to the "risks" a woman takes when meeting a veritable stranger. Just let me know if I can help with that and I will try my best.
