hello and good morning/afternoon/evening or goodnight,
now that you know what i look like i can only assume that you want to know what i like to do. well i love both the outdoors and indoors equally. when i'm in the city i love going for walks down the Harte Trail and riding my bike around the Assiniboine Forest. until recently the only opportunity i've had for camping is FolkFest which of course is amazingly fun. the child in me forces me to make it to Fun Mountain at least once each summer and of course cabin parties at Grand or Victoria Beach are always welcome. i'm not into team sports or sport spectation in general but i will stop and watch things that don't happen as often like the Olympics, World Cup and the Tour de France. speaking of which i'm gearing up ahead of time for the Manitoba Marathon next summer and maybe a triathlon or 2. as for the indoors which for me as much as i suspect it is for you is mostly a winter thing. nothing beats hunkering down on the couch or holing up at the computer desk and plugging away at some old Squaresoft game for Nintendo or a point and click adventure or turn based RPG on the PC. then of course there are the usual sci-fi and fantasy occasionally good comic based shows and movies
so how does a lady measure a man? perhaps his accomplishments would be a good place to start. for that i am proud to say that this summer i retired from the day to day grind of the labour force and am now joyously self employed managing a few rental properties. believe me nothing feels better than being your own boss. so now that i have all the time in the world i'm going to finish up my Electrical Engineering degree and spend a lot more time at the gym and pool. being the outdoorsy and sciency kind of guy that i am i value nature and respect rationality and curiosity in people. as such i feel it is important to promote these things in any way that i can. so with my education and investment capital i hope to some day produce efficient green forms of energy production like wind and solar and better battery technology for electric vehicles etc. i hope you're of similar mind and if not you will be if you get to know me
i guess that's enough about me. more importantly what about you? preferably you are of above average cognitive capacity and can carry on a conversation about what's going on in the world other than just what the pop culture machine feeds us. i am very particular about my musical tastes and don't mind that you might like something different but if you're into country and hip hop please kill yourself. girls who read a lot tend to sit in good favour with me. also i care about my body and health and you should too. that doesn't mean you have to be skinny but staying in shape goes a long way to making a good impression. anyhoo i am most flattered that you made it this far and hope to hear from you :)
