About Me
In the end we all want a best friend..Someone we can love and share our deepest secrets and thoughts with... I guess in the long run...that is what I am looking for too. I am looking for a man to spend time with who is kind, smart and hopefully a little bit funny.
As for me, I am a smart and sophisticated woman with a quick wit. I am currently working on my Ph.D. so it's been hard to meet people the old fashioned way. Online dating seemed like the best solution to meeting someone with similar interests. I am looking for a genuine connection with a special man. ***also, due to who I have been attracting, I need to be open & honest that I'm physically attracted to mostly Caucasian men & some Hispanic men. I am not attracted to African American men.

BUT--Here are a few things I really love:
-Intelligent interesting conversation
- Running
-Standing up for the rights of those who may not have a strong voice- like children or the elderly
- Someone with hopes, dreams and passions in life
-Cuddling
-Strong men
-Empowering others
-Not taking life too seriously
-Empathy
-Alaska, where I once lived
-Men who don't get intimidated easily
-psychology
-Blue Eyes (although not mandatory)
-The smell of the ocean
-Laughing till my stomach hurts! ;)
What matters above all is that my perfect match will be kind, confident, ready to open his heart and willing to take a chance on a silly dating site in the name of love. ;)
**Update: taking a break from dating new people...spending time with a hot someone who makes me smile & due to certain circumstances... Not currently dating new prospects .... Pretty happy & excited about things!
