People have called me a quirky gentleman. I hold doors, I give complements, I do cute things, and it's something that I do NOT pretend to like doing. I enjoy doing anything and everything, especially if it's something new. But lets get specific. I enjoy music, a lot; playing it, listening to it, and trying to write it. But honestly i'm a much better listener than writer. Haha. I am a classic rock fan, and most of my favorite artists are either dead or in their 60's+. But I also listen to jazz, funk, 90's, reggae, bluegrass and Jay Z. My favorite group is a English band called Gentle Giant. They are definitely a little far off from what people would consider "normal" but so am I, maybe that's why I like them so much. I love doing outdoorsy things like kayaking, rock climbing, fishing, hiking, climbing trees, and jumping off rocks. I like to work out. I used to be fat, haha I've lost somewhere, 90 pounds. I also enjoy reading, journaling, and the occasional video game. I am great with computers and I love photoshop. My personal quest in life is to fill my self with experience. It's a romantic idea. I know, but the thought of learning new things is just too irresistible. I value intelligence and am currently studying physics, minoring in music. I enjoy asking the big questions, finding no answers but gradually progressing on some sort of a journey. Im not very religious, but I am very spiritual. I meditate daily, and do a lot of yoga. So, I suppose I do those "religiously" haha does that make me religious?!?! Regardless they help keep me centered. People have recognized me as a hopeless romantic. I believe in the little things in life, and I think everything happens for a reason. I'm using this website to meet as many people as possible so that, to my hopes, someone might stick.
First Dates honestly depend on the girl. I try to do something out of the ordinary, but also something that we both like to do and the price doesn't really matter . I'm also a sucker for a good extra hot chai with soy. So a coffee shop is a decent option. We'll see how it goes from there, maybe there's a band playing downtown or something.
