Hi!
I'm an almost-25 year old graduate student from Long Beach. I've got 2 more years left til I graduate, so until then I'm just doing what I love -- school stuff. yes. "School stuff". lol. That generally includes lots of reading, studying, homework, sleeping (I'm really big on sleeping. like, I can probably sleep you under the table), dinner dates, (and other kinds) of dates, working out, celebrating life and watching sports stuff with friends. I'm sorta shy, but not really. This only makes sense because I'm shy around people I don't know, but not shy around people I do know. I have this random ability to remember random little things, but not everything. That makes sense, too. Promise.
Essentially, I'm looking online to meet someone to date because I don't really go out in real life. Meaning.... I have a hard time meeting people. Unfortunately you can't stay home all the time and expect wonderful men to just pop up at your door sooo I've decided to try online dating. So yea.. that's what I'm here for: Dating. I promise I'm not the type to be visiting bridal stores the day after I meet a cool guy. I just like spending time doing fun things, and if life develops... great. If not... great. LOL.
Music is the heartbeat to my entire life --- if I'm not listening to music, something's wrong. I like it all minus techno/house and that stuff. I like the beats to flow naturally, so I'm into country, R&B, pop, jazz, hip hop, alternative, latin... well. You get the point, right? Favorite song in the world is "Be Good" (Lion's Song) by Gregory Porter, although my favorite song changes with my mood generally.
What makes me unique? Hmmmmmmm. I wanna put something cheesy here, like, "Message me and find out" ... but I'll spare you. LOL. Instead, I'll say that I'm unique because I'm driven, but laid-back; happy, but not quite satisfied with my status-quo; and I'll do whatever I have to do to lead a successful life. I know that isn't saying much, but it will all make sense when you meet me. I think. If not...shoot. Sorry, it's the best I could do at the moment. *shrugs*

First Date
Some place where we can talk -- movies are the worst for first dates. lol. I get incredibly nervous over dinner dates, especially if you're attractive (who wants to get something awful like food stuck in between their teeth) but I still think they're okay options. Dessert dates. Now that I think about it - I feel like all dates should be dessert dates. No? Oh. Ok. Never mind. Anyways... I suppose it could be anything, as long as we're both comfortable.
