Well. I'm not use to talking about myself, but I'll try.
I just retired last November 2012, so I'm new at it. Still waking up too early. LOL
Moved to Rhode Island this January, 2013, from Pompano Beach, Florida. I know, I know, why did I move during the coldest months? Many reasons, my lease ran out at my apartment in Florida, newly retired, my family lives here in Rhode Island, looking for a new adventure, miss a good cup of chowder and clam cakes. They just don't have good lobster down there either.
I'm a lot younger than my years. I think living in Florida kept me young. I'm a crafter, knit & crochet. I'll be able to wear my scarves and sweaters up here soon, can't wait!! LOL Like to eat in or out, not fussy about much of anything. I kind of go with the flow, easy to get along with. Make friends easily. Music - I love the oldies, country western, jazz. Don't like heavy metal, hip hop, or rap. I consider myself a country girl. I like most everyone. Don't swear or use ugly words. Don't like to hear it from others either. No need for that kind of language. I know, you feel better when you use it, like when you smash you finger in the door or something like that, then it's OK. LOL
I like dancing, movies, long walks, sunsets, cruising, traveling. I'm not a high maintenance type of girl either. Little things make me happy. Oh - I'm not into sports much. Don't mind watching it occasionally, by not ALL the time.
Looking for a nice, honest man who likes to dance, eat in or out, likes the oldies music and country western. Not afraid to show their sensitive side. Likes to cuddle and hold hands. Just knowing that your special someone is in the same room makes you happy and content. Oh - must treat me like a lady and I'll treat like a gentleman. You open the door for me and I'll always say thank you. You don't get much of that anymore these days. I don't know where everyones manors have gone to.
