About Me
Well, darn. . . Here I am and finding little options otherwise being a full time employed single mom, so here we go. . . I guess :/ lol. If I could muster the courage to ask the cute guy at Safeway for his number, maybe meeting someone would be more possible, but I'm not and I work with 95% females, so unless I decide to switch teams or grow some. . . Perhaps this is my last resort :O
I use exclamation points, commas, and emoticons entirely too much. I know this and knowing is half the battle. Does it mean I will stop? No. Just know that I know ;)
Mmmm. Let's see. I'm a nerd. Geek. And possibly a complete goober. But, I can laugh at all of my blunderings and anyone I spend ANY time with needs to be able to do the same, and expect to receive it as well. I'm not perfect. I don't try to be. And, I don't expect to be, nor do I of anyone else. Life is about lessons and perfection would serve us little. I love to read. To write. To play piano. I do enjoy people, my friends and family the most, but I do like my MY time. I'm just as happy by myself in a crowd immersed in a book or penciling some thoughts down as I am in the thick of it, joking and laughing and what not.
Love, love, love the summer. The sun. The outdoor festivals and concerts that come with it. I am not an awesome snow driver, so it may take some time before I embrace a love for the cold. And, silly and trite though it may be. . . I DO like ALL types of music. Right now, Ipod has everything from country, to punk, to trance, to rap. I can't opt for one style, I just like what I do and I think every style has something to appreciate.
Disclaimer: No, I don't think I'm too cool for school or so awesome that I don't need to reply to people. I don't think that. But, honestly, with no picture and lyrics as my description, I had 15 messages in an hour. So no, I definitely do not think it is about me because the messages come when I have nothing remotely personal on my profile. That being said. . . I will reply if I a interested. Thank you ahead of time if you say something nice, but again, I had tons of nice things said when there was nothing on here about me to speak of, so I just can't say thanks every time. #2.
