I'm looking for someone polite, respectful, sweet, and trustworthy to have fun with and become friends...someone who is witty, well-informed, financially stable, shares common interests, and a similar POV.
I'm sarcastic but also sincere, I grew up in NYC and moved up here from LA. Have lived up and down the entire coast including Oregon, but so far Santa Cruz is my favorite place to live. I love my black lab more than anything and we do a lot together. In my spare time I volunteer with the elderly and take them to their appointments. I have a few good friends here and would like to make more. I'm self-employed so its been harder to meet people, but I love the flexibility.
I love traveling to warm tropical places and just got back from Mexico...I can't wait to go back! I would be in the ocean or a salt water pool all day if I could.
If you're into hiking, biking, dogs, wine, music, traveling, indie movies / directors, comedy, cooking, news satire, dining out, or even some of these things that would be great. I am a good friend and listener, empathetic, loyal, and observant. I also try to eat healthy and stay active / work out every day.
Media tastes include most things on Comedy Central, my newest favorite is "Inside Amy Schumer" who I think is hilarious. Also a big fan of Nurse Jackie. I listen to all kinds of music but gravitate towards hip hop & indie/alternative, but I'm really all over the map - depends on the mood & time of day. I make an effort to get exposed to new music and stream KCRW or Spotify for new stuff.
I'm definitely NOT looking for conflict, drama, or hot-heads...so if you have a short temper, anger issues or a short-fuse...please don't contact me.
