Me. What makes me? Well, I can (and will) list a few activities that I tend to enjoy, and try to pigeonhole myself into this or that. The thing is, for me life really is the journey, and I live it with all the enthusiasm and optimism of a five-year-old. If I go out to a club on a Saturday night, generally what sticks with me the most is that long metro ride there and back, where I met that cool older couple. It's that part where the waiter's a cool guy, or cab driver has a heck of a story. If I had to define it, THAT is who I am. Not just a collection of interests, but someone who appreciates being able to share space with so many others with such differing origins and aspirations. That is what I truly love to do: to live.
However, since tradition requires, here is my collection of activities and interests:
-I love discovering new beer, thanks to Baltimore's strong microbrewery and craft beer culture. Shout out to "of Love and Regret" and "Frisco's Taphouse."
-Speaking of beer, I discovered Pho is a great way to get back to 100% after a long night out. Otherwise eating Chinese in bed to a movie.
-I try to do anything once, which puts me in bad places. I went skydiving, froze up (scared of heights) and had to pay a large tip to have my tandem physically shove me out of the plane.
-There isn't much I love more than laughter, even when it’s laughing at myself (which I do, often), so I try not to take myself (or life) too seriously. In other words, I really do act like a five-year-old at heart and I get goofy/dorky fast. Be advised! :)
I’m looking for someone who finds the fun in a simple lunch, but doesn’t turn down an epic outing. She’s independent and passionate, but quick to smile and tease. She’s intelligent and not afraid to show it, but she’s also not afraid to be silly. And, of course, she wants to laugh and have a good time. If any of this sounds like you, I think you should send me a quick hello!
