Well, here we are again.... Again.
Anywho, I'm back to school. Just moved here from Utah after a few years in the Army. Here to find friends, possibly Pirate Treasure. A bit difficult to find a pirate ship in land locked Colorado... But I digress! So, if you're interested, please write a summary of yourself in MLA format and send it to me.
Or you could just message me: "Hi, I'm (insert name), what's your (insert interest/favorite/last seen)?"
As far as what I'm after, I'm interested in making connections, and I have no expectations. I currently am involved with a lovely young woman and am not looking for more than a buddy :). Let's just have fun and see where it goes.
Interests include, but are not limited to:
Music (mostly classic rock, 80's metal, good singer/songwriter, some blues and SOME popular contemporary... also for some reason Daft Punk, Justice and the like)
Movies: Fun comedies, well thought out thrillers and always down for a good Pixar film.
Books: Usually fantasy/ historical fiction, but I've read a bit of everything. NO Jane Austin... EVER.
Video Games: I'm a Dude, it's what most of us do.
Sports: Football, basketball, soccer etc. I'm also planning on doing a lot more hiking/camping when I get home, now that it's for pleasure, not the Army
Traits I'm attracted to:
Be open minded, outgoing and fun. Don't be so shy you're afraid to talk to strangers. Also, be comfortable in multiple situations. Be willing to dress up to go to a show, but also feel comfortable in shorts and a t-shirt out hiking. Be spontaneous. Care about your appearance, but don't obsess about things you can't change. If you know who Jenna Marbles is, and you think she's hilarious/act like her in public, we're gonna get along JUST fine!
Things I can't stand: Closed minded (this includes religiously and politically. You can believe what you want, but be open to new ideas and be willing to discuss, not argue, your feelings), overly shy/self conscious, watch ANY reality TV show regularly, care about celebrities' personal lives and please, for the love of God, Allah, the Buddha, Odin, Krishna... whatever... DON'T be offended by joking about pretty much anything. I make jokes about everything, but I'm actually a very caring and respectful individual. If you can't laugh, we won't get along.
Let's do something fun and out there. Something more than coffee and conversation. Something that leads to conversation, but also allows for it to be there. Also something not too serious or interesting, so if we don't feel sparks, we're not stuck together for hours. That's what awkward 3rd dates are for...
