About Me
I am a funny/quirky christian woman who's full of life!!! I can be serious when I need to be taken seriously and silly when appropriate... it's all about balance and maturity. I am very compassionate, a great friend, and have a huge heart for community and inner city missions. I have been blessed with the reward and honor of raising two amazing young people, that are now grown and discovering life on their own (working out their testimonies... hehe). Now that my kiddos are grown, this next chapter of life is about re-discovering 'me'... so far I love all I'm learning! :) I love my God and my family/friends (extended family) with all of my being... they are my richest treasures!! I am a very simple woman, who appreciates anything from a lazy sunday afternoon in my jammies, to a weekend road trip. Love roller coasters, theater, movies, hanging out with my kids, friends, cooking (especially with the company of others), hiking, camping/fishing (although I admit, it's been a while, lol). I try to hit the gym 3 or so days a week. I love all types of music, concerts, great conversation, and much more. I also have a depth that can be mistaken as intensity... those that know and love me refer to it as 'passion' . ;)
I'm just waiting on the special guy the Lord has waiting for me.... a gentleman who is in love with Jesus, has old school values and godly principles. :)
