I'm an educated working man who has been single again for three years. I'm looking for someone to date and enjoy life. I graduated in 2009 from WKU with a degree in biology and have an intense interest in all branches of science. I love nature and the outdoors and I enjoy hiking, camping, canoeing and kayaking, and horseback riding. However, I also enjoy city activities occasionally such as dining out, movies, fine arts productions(musicals, plays, orchestras, etc.), and try to make it to the gym a few days a week. I have had many jobs over the years but have been involved in a little known branch of science known as metrology (not meteorology) for about 7 years and greatly enjoy it. I speak fluent German as a secondary language and have gotten the opportunity to travel and see many other countries overseas. I hope to find a woman who is caring, intelligent, fun-loving, positive, and has a unique personality.
Also, no offense to anybody with a big family, but I very recently decided that 1 child is my dating cutoff. I still would like to have a family of my own someday, and I've found that women with two to three kids 1.) have very little actual time or attention for dating and it is a total nightmare for them, and 2.) they typically don't want to have any more kids!
My first date behavior has the aim of being a gentleman and my idea of setting is to go and do something unique and interesting. I don't like going to the movies on a first date because you are sitting in silence with a complete stranger. I like to go in a social environment where I can talk and get to know someone.
