I'm an nice, easy-going guy...who's a little reckless. I mean, I like to LIVE life! I served in the Marines as a helicopter crew chief (more decades ago than I'd like to admit!), I climbed Mt Rainier this summer (yes, to the top!), I run 15-20 miles a week, attend church more often than not, love to hike, cycle, and dance...you'll have to ask me for more. ; ) I like deep conversations that help me think and feel. And about religion, 'Christianity and laughing about it' best describes me, I can't help but laugh when I think about how passionately our Creator loves me (us) and designs good for me (us).
In August 2012 I climbed to the top of Mt Rainier and mid January of 2013 I completed the Pheonix RocknRoll half marathon in 2 hours. Care to join me for a run? I love to challenge myself and see how far my body and mind will take me.
I enjoy dancing, running, working out, NCIS, Tombstone and Dances with Wolves. I want to enhance the lives of people around me. I like to volunteer and enhance the community as well. And I do pick up after myself! ; )
My friends tell me that I am fun, have a good heart, like people, I'm kind, adventurous, a good cook, very active, healthy and romantic.

First Date
I'll meet you with a quick hug at a bar that has a great rocking blues band and some pool tables in the back. We'll sit down at a table away from the loudest music so we can chat, share some laughs and enjoy a drink or 2. I'll challenge you to a game of pool or 2 and blow a lead by scratching on the 8-ball or knocking the 8-ball in at the wrong time, all the while dancing with the pool cue (or you) because the music is so good I can't help but move. We'll dance, catch the wonder in each other's eyes, flirt a little and laugh a lot.
After I lose a few games of pool, I'll ask you to dance some more and we'll have so much fun that the band will get tired and quit long before we're ready to call it a night. When we can't put it off any longer we'll part ways and I'll give you a quick hug and a kiss on the cheek with a plan to see you again soon!
