My name is Dan.
Listen to the song I Still Believe by Frank Turner, it's the first song I play on the jukebox and I would like to know if you like it or not :)
I am a 28 year old single father of a beautiful 6 year old girl. I work full time during the week and I have my daughter on the weekends. I spend a lot of me free time either reading books (see list below) or gaming (World of Warcraft/Rift/LoL/) I might be a nerd, and a punk at heart but I do like to get out and have a good time and enjoy good beer with good people. I would love to meet new friends and maybe more on here!
I am very sarcastic.
Blue Moon is my favorite beer.
I Love the Bruins! Go Go Black and GOLD!
I have Tattoos
I love to read: Wheel of Time, The Dresden Files, Mistborn, The Sword of Truth, Game of Thrones.
I need music to survive: Dropkick Murphys, Frank Turner, The Briggs, Rancid, Street Dogs, I do Like country and rock, but my heart is punk rock.
I am a Glazier for a glass company in Hudson, NH... This basically means I put really big pieces of glass into places like Market Basket, Car Dealers, and other place that need big glass :) I worked in IT for 10 years and I just sort of fell into this job recently, but I really enjoy it even tho summer cannot come fast enough, this cold weather is killing me!
I really need to find someone that connects with me and shares some of the same hobbies/interests as me. I'n the past I have settled for less because I thought it was all I could get, well I am done with that nonsense. There is no need to settle when there has to be someone out there for you I don't care how long it takes!
Is it asking to much to want a girl that I instantly connect with? A girl that when we first meet we can't keep our hands off each other?
I am gonna put my skeletons on here for those who judge people for their past.
- I've been to jail. (Wrong place, wrong time, very bad judgement call on hanging out with someone I shouldn't have) it was not a violent crime or anything crazy but it happened and it's in the past.
- I got an OUI after my Father died because of a prescription my doctor gave me for anxiety. I will finally have my license back in a couple months.
- I moved in with my grandparents a few months ago when my grandfather had a stroke to help take care of things here. I will be moving back to my own place this year as things begin to settle down here, and more people in my family step up to help out. But I owe so much to these wonderful people that raised me, it's the least I can do to be here for them now.
Take it for what it is, everyone has made mistakes, everyone has there own situations in life. I am a better person today because of it. I am not perfect, but I am a really awsome guy and I hope you take the chance to see it for yourself.
