I'm a pretty simple girl with big ideas. I've been a dreamer as long as I can remember, and I think it has gone a long way in helping me to keep my optimism and innocence. Two of my biggest passion are music and dance... neither of which I have a talent for, so I have resigned myself to appreciating the talent of others. I also love literature, and hope to one day be settled enough to begin writing my own great novel. I have an adventurous spirit overshadowed by a cautious mind. I love to try new things, but sometime I need a little extra push or someone to hold my hand. I'm very easy going and enjoy doing anything from staying at home watching a movie to going to see a live band. Forced to choose, I would probably opt for going to a ballgame or movie. I come from a very diverse, open minded community which I am very proud of and grateful for, so I have no tolerance for prejudicial ignorance.
I would like to meet someone fun and interesting who isn't afraid of intelligent conversation. I really just want someone that I can hang out with. I hate formal dates, and the pressure that comes with it. I'm at my best when I can be myself and not feel like I have to impress someone (as I'm sure is true with everyone). I want someone that will compliment my life, not be the center of it. And I don't want to be the center of anyone else's life. I don't like being put on a pedestal... I can't live up to that. Nor do I want to coddle anyone's delicate ego. Confidence without arrogance is one of the most attractive qualities in a person. As is passion for... well, anything. Someone that is not passionate about something won't be passionate about you. Or else, you'll be their only passion, and that can be quite annoying after a while. A good heart and morals are a must, as is a love of animals (dogs especially!).
