About Me
I'm a self reliant woman looking for a partner.
I have a desk job that I really enjoy. It is a M-F 8-5 job, but unfortunately there are occtions that I work overtime. Off work, I do a lot of home improvement projects. I am a total novice, but most projects are a puzzle to solve and they allow me to be creative (and use power tools) while improving my home.
I fly dual lined and quad ined kites (mostly at the coast). Hunt for geocaches. Play pool.
I volunteer for a local non-profit to help those in need in my hometown.
I have the travel bug and have made a few journeys but I'd like to do more. I love dreaming and fantisizing about where to go, but I want to plan and GO.
Now for the blunt part. I'm doing well in my life. I am really busy and like to do stuff. I can afford to go to concert, go on vacations, or weekend getwaways etc. Can you? If you can't, please don't waste my time.
You gotta have a job. How are we going to go do things if you're broke? A 'night out' isn't hanging out in your room. I enjoy down time and watching movies but it can't be all we do. We live in a great area we can go to the coast or the woods, try out a festival, a new place to eat, etc. The list is endless.
"Do you have a car?" is clearly not specific enough "Do you have a registered, insured, maintained (means operational) car and are you legally able to operate it (today, not in a year when you've finished a DUI program)?
I am busy. I intentionally keep a busy life working, volunteering, and maintaining my home. I'm happy to make time to spend with someone. The heart of what I am trying to say is quality over quantity.
I don't need to constantly interact all day everyday and maybe if you're busy too you'll feel the same way. I do NOT consider "busy" spending the whole day on Facebook and/or Youtube.
