I really enjoy meeting people and hearing their stories--the idea that people are combined pieces of all that they have met is so interesting to me, and I so believe it that I genuinely look forward to meeting similar and equally interesting people.
As far as dating and relationships are concerned, I feel like I have both a great understanding of them, but at the same time I have no comprehension of them. I've been in long, committed relationships, which seemed to have come naturally, but when I am single, I seem to have no idea how to find that magic chemistry with that person that makes natural things in world just a little more significant.
I think what I most want is a friend, someone who is mostly serious, politically conservative, and if that person happens to also be a big sweet cuddly man, that wouldn't be so bad.
It would be so lovely to find a similarly educated, conversation-friendly person. I'm at this point in my life where I'm hoping to find someone to be serious with, someone who has the same family values and positive feelings about making a lifelong commitment to another person.
