About Me
Well, I thought I had written this profile already, but apparently, it never saved. C'est la vie. Now I have to write this beast over again.
I'm looking for someone I can take to family weddings - change that thought. I'm looking for someone that my suspicious older brother approves of... And my best friends (2 in particular), and of course, my parents. As it turns out - I have terrible taste in men. lol.
Is it so hard to a male counterpart? A reflection of myself, perhaps? Someone educated, well travelled, funny, kind, and humble... sexy, confident, wants a family, dedicated, classy / sophisticated...
I grew up in Santa Barbara. Went to college at Columbia University in New York. I studied Environmental Science and Biology. I wanted to save the world back then. I continued my education at UCLA where I switched gears to Architecture & Interior Design. I love school... I love learning.
I come from a family of nerds / PhD's / Doctors... (2) Engineers, Psychologist, Pathologist / Stem cell, Geneticist. Totally normal and down to earth. Kind of socially retarded. Just kidding. My mother grew up in Sweden, my father is from El Salvador believe it or not. I have cousins scattered all over the globe: Morocco, Sweden, Mexico City... It's a very interesting family blend when we all get together... There were so many weddings abroad this year! I'm tired of going by myself!
I'm tired of wasting time going out on dates when after the first date you know the spark isn't there. But love finds you when you least expect it, so I hear.. So I keep trying... Exhausting is what it is... :)
