About Me
I'm a statistical programmer, I've been to sixty-five countries, and it would be great to spend time with someone who can pull me out of my work-life. I'm looking for someone good at things that I'm not. It'd be nice if you travel a lot for work, so I can come with you. flaws: loud when comfortable. I'd like to be with someone who's ready to hoist her anchor.
Other people call it work, but I love my job so I'm thinking about it whenever possible. I write reports that Members of Congress read before they vote and journalists read before they write newspaper articles, so there's lots of room to be sneaky, creative, and ultimately make a difference. It's probably reasonable to say I'm a data-driven journalist, but I write what the experts read as opposed to the general public.
I'm good at computer programming, I guess. If I you forced me to answer the 'what are you best at' question, it'd actually be traveling while "living out of a backpack." I wish I were better at not checking my e-mail, and it'd be nice to be with someone adept at that. However, if you're a compulsive e-mail checker and need a buddy keep honest with, let's hang.
Long-term: I want to adopt kids, hope that's cool with you. And I can't promise a rich life, but I can promise an exciting one. Oh hell, I can promise a rich life too. Alright one last thing: guys who don't like to cuddle are cretins. I will never understand that.
