About Me
What makes me fall for a guy? After a few years of fieldwork, I think I have finally figured out the formula. Because I want you to be successful I will share my findings with you. Here are a few of the things that work on me…
1. Laugh with me – a shared sense of humour warms my heart.
2. Come out and play – I like activity-based dates like snowshoeing, skiing, skating, cycling, going to a concert, checking out a farmer’s market, and weekend getaways. Dinner at Chambar would work too ;-)
3. Be social – you have a strong network of family and friends that you want to share with me.
Ok, so that is just a teaser. I have more but they will have to wait until we know each other better ;-). What makes you fall for a woman? This is the kind of deep conversation I would like to have. I also like to like to talk about current events, and social issues and then laugh about the seriousness of it all (I get a lot of my news from John Stewart and Stephen Colbert).
I keep active with cycling in the summer and snowshoeing and skiing in the winter. I have done the Ride to Conquer Cancer twice and rode my first Gran Fondo last fall.
My career situation is good but I try to keep a balance. I am slightly more introverted than extroverted and enjoy snuggling on the couch in front of the TV as much as I like going out to dinner with friends.
What are my dreams? I would love to spend Christmas in New Orleans one day, cycle along the Danube in Europe, share my life with an awesome guy, be involved with kids (I love being an aunt and think I would make a great step-mom), and get a dog.
I believe happiness is a choice, not a matter of circumstance. That being said, it is a lot easier to be happy when you have the right person at your side.
You are described by your friends as a “good guy”. You are free and clear of past relationships and although your life is full you are ready, willing, and able to make room for an awesome woman.
